
Perhaps the thought of eating good food makes us happy. We need to eat but life can be happier if we are able to eat the food that we want. But, above all, be as healthy as you can. Nothing is more valuable than your health and little is more likely to make you unhappy than ill-health.
Food is always there for you. It was made for all living things. Food is important for body’s normal function and it has been like that since the beginning of the world.
So to be happy is to pick the right food to eat, take it in minimal amount, not eat all the food you can lay your eyes on. It all boils down to determination, discipline.
Some people would say it is a good feeling to die when you are full, but why can't we just eat the right food, we can be happier when we can live longer...
